We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Last wash is at 10:00 p.m.

Yes we do. We have 60 and 80 pound machines.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking

We always have an attendant on site during our working hours

What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off or pick up wash and fold between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Do you use a good detergent when you wash my clothes?
Yes, we use Tide, Gain, Shout, OxiClean, bleach and we have a fragrance free option
How much does wash and fold cost?
$1.99/lbs. for 2-day turnaround, $2.39/lbs. for next day service, $2.69/lbs. for same day service (must be dropped off by noon).
Is there a minimum order?
10 pounds
Will you hang my clothes?
Yes, upon request
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another

When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Times vary depending on the area.
What is the turnaround time?
Local: next day. Farther out: two day.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
$1.99/lbs.
Is there a minimum order?
10 lbs.
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Leave your laundry in a secure location (behind a gate, in an unlocked garage, with the apartment manager) and let us know when you place the order where our driver can find it.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
You can go into your account and put your service on hold until you come back.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
